Before joining Mercer Mass Timber, Kevin led business improvement initiatives, driving productivity enhancements and spearheading cultural transformation programs in manufacturing environments. He is passionate about creating safe, collaborative workplaces while exceeding operational standards.
Kevin holds a BBA from the University of Phoenix and is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt. As a Shop Floor Kaizen Instructor, he brings deep expertise in process improvement and operational best practices.
At Mercer Conway, Kevin oversees daily operations, drives facility performance, and supports MMT’s growth and sustainability objectives.
