As head of Mercer Mass Timber, Nick leads the company’s operations and strategic direction, steering its growth and innovation in the mass timber industry. He champions a fully integrated project delivery approach, aligning design, manufacturing, and execution to deliver scalable solutions that drive efficiency and create value for our partners. Under his leadership, the company continues to expand its impact, forging stronger partnerships and advancing the adoption of mass timber in the built environment.
With 40 years in construction, Nick has overseen the design and construction of over 550 steel and mass timber structures. He is a recognized leader in the industry and serves as vice-chair and director of Timber Development UK, formerly known as TRADA, the Timber Research and Development Association.
