Troy brings more than two decades of construction experience to his role as Project Executive at Mercer Mass Timber. While his background is deeply rooted in general contracting, his career is distinguished by a specialized three-year tenure as a Senior Project Manager at Seagate Mass Timber.
Throughout his career, Troy has been hand-selected to lead highly complex, landmark projects across Western Canada and the United States. His expansive portfolio spans industrial, commercial, infrastructure, hybrid, and mass timber builds, with notable successes including the YVR Airside Operations Building in Vancouver, Molson’s Brewery in Chilliwack, and Ponce City Market in Atlanta.
From cradle to grave, Troy applies an unwavering approach to project management—prioritizing collaboration, safety, quality, and precise execution. Collaborating closely with clients, consultants, suppliers, and trade professionals, he focuses on building lasting, long-term relationships. His goal is simple: to ensure Mercer is recognized not just as a construction company, but as a trusted and reliable partner.
